New Changes In The Next Teamfight Tactics Patch Notes 9.17 Update
The forthcoming Teamfight Tactics Patch Notes 9.17 Update has just received some changes after the release of Teamfight Tactics Patch 9.16 update by RiotMort Although the patch 9.16 update of TFT game mode has just been out for a while, RiotMort still brought another surprise to all Teamfight Tactics players when they made a decision on releasing the edited trial version for the patch 9.17 that is going to be out soon. Although Teamfight Tactics Patch 9.17 Release Date has not been set yet, you can still check out some basic alterations that will be available in the patch.
New changes in Teamfight Tactics Patch Notes 9.17
After Morellonomicon and Red Buff had been nerfed in Teamfight Tactics Patch 9.16, and for now, it seems that Riot Games will still not give up on these two items when revealing that they will be nerfed once again in the forthcoming Teamfight Tactics Patch Note (version 9.17), and the same goes to other equipment with champions that are able to recover HP themselves.
- Debuffed grievous wounds: from 100% healing reduction to 80% healing reduction
- Morellonomicon: Increased the damage of 20% maximum HP over 10 seconds to the damage of 60% maximum HP over 45 seconds.
- Red buff: Increased the damage of 20% maximum HP over 10 seconds to damage of 60% maximum HP over 40 seconds.
- Bloodthirster: Decreased 50% of damage to 40% of the damage
- Hextech Gunblade: Decreased 33% of damage to 25% of damage.
- Swain Heal per Tick: 50/90/130 -> 40/70/100
- Noble: Decreased the buffed HP heals every hit from 35 to 30.
First, the grievous wounds in Teamfight Tactics Update 9.17 Patch Notes will no longer restrict the enemy’s 100% recovery ability. Rather than that, it only decreases 80% recovery ability. Both items, such as Morellonomicon and Red Buff dishing out damage previously based on 205 of the enemy’s maximum health have been changed. Accordingly, these two items deal damage based on 60% of the enemy’s maximum health within 45 seconds.
According to an explanation made by Mortdog, he believes that Morellonomicon and Red Buff are two items that are too popular, because, basically everybody wants to dish out burning damage, and these items have a very effective recovery ability. This can help Teamfight Tactics team that is able to heal or pump HP have a better chance to win in the forthcoming time.
Bloodthirster and Hextech Gunblade are decreased in terms of healing ability based on damage. The Bloodthirster initially heals based on 50% damage, and now it is decreased to 40%, while the healing ability of Hextech Gunblade was dropped from 335 to 25% based on the damage it dished out. These are two items that are not worth getting nerfed at the moment when only a few champions can actually use them.
And the healing ability of Swain is the final change in the Teamfight Tactics Patch Notes 9.17. The healing ability of Swain is dropped from 50/90/13 to 40/70/100. Besides, there was a reduction in the healing ability of Noble, from 35 to 30. Noble is currently fine with earning enough 6 buffs that are too hard, however, compared to Swain, this nerf will be more reasonable when 2-star Swain becomes much scarier.
After reducing the healing ability of some items, the other items and champions related are also slightly decreased to create balance. It is currently unknown if these changes will apply to the next Teamfight Tactics patch notes updates or not because everything is still in the beta phase.
